What the appointment looks like, start to report.
On site for about three to four hours
A typical inspection runs approximately three to four hours, inside and out, from the roof and attic down to the foundation and drainage.
Findings presented at the end
After the inspection we present our findings and answer every question you have, while the item in question is still in front of you.
Report within 24 hours
The completed report follows within 24 hours: digital photographs, a summary of defective and marginal items, and a pre-closing checklist for checking repairs before closing.
